Practical amenities like a washer/dryer ensure a hassle-free stay, while ceiling fans and wall fans enhance your comfort. With generous parking space available for both cars and water toys (3 parking spaces) you have the freedom to explore and enjoy the surrounding area to the fullest.
PLEASE NOTE: As of 2022, the Suissevale Association no longer allows tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State's Landing Beach for guest use. Parking is available at State's Landing Beach. Guests are able to enjoy the Suissevale Association beach on all other days during their stay except Saturday.
If you would like to rent linens for this property the cost is $90 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made, the fee is $8 per bed.

My family had a wonderful stay at this house.
Well maintained property, had everything you need ( and more !!)
Very clean , good location to the club and the beach .
Would give it a 10+
Hope to be able to go back again next year !

The house is modern and the large sleeping loft is perfect for kids (one family or more). The lake is just a quick walk/drive away. The beach there is perfect. The house is spacious, spotless and on a quiet street. The lake is clean and people are very friendly. Owners were available when we had questions. Rental office staff were quick to respond and very helpful when needed. Such a quaint town with a lot to offer.
