Our service to our guests is one of the things that sets At The Lake Vacation Rentals, LLC apart. We make every effort to ensure you'll enjoy your vacation at the lake. Like with any home, sometimes unexpected issues may arise at your property. Should the unexpected happen, our friendly in-house team and trusted network of tradesmen will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We understand that sometimes an issue may arise after our office has closed. Our Guests are provided with an emergency maintenance phone number at check in so that they can reach a local on-call member of our team after hours should an issue arise that can’t wait until the morning (e.g., septic issues, no water, lost keys). We’re here for you before, during and after your stay with us. Our efforts to ensure our guests have memorable vacation experiences is a key reason we serve more and more "repeat" guests each year!

Have babies or small children traveling with you on vacation and don’t want to lug all the gear you’ll need? Let Danyelle, a local BabyQuip consultant, help you with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay! Cribs and other sleeping tools, highchairs, pack n plays, strollers, car seats, toys, and MUCH more is available to be delivered to your rental, or you can pick up for free! Safe, sanitized and insured.

We’ve got you covered - leave the Linens to us!

Linens, Towels and Bed-Making Service

We want your stay to be as convenient as possible. We can supply clean, fresh, quality sheet and towel sets specific to the needs of your property. We can even make the beds for you prior to your arrival. Upon check-out, there will be nothing to worry about. We’ll take care of removing and cleaning linens at the end of your stay.

Of course, you are also welcome to bring your own sheets and towels with you. Please note, sheets and towels are not provided by the homeowner.

Travel Insurance

Give yourself piece of mind for unexpected and covered events

To help ensure a relaxing and worry-free vacation, Travel Insurance is available to our guests by industry-leader Travel Guard. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance so you may be financially reimbursed in the case of unexpected and covered events.
