The living spaces (kitchen, dining area, and living room) are open concept. There are three bedrooms, all on one level. The first bedroom has a full bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has bunk room with custom bunk beds - 4 twin beds in total. Completing the cottage is a bathroom with stand-up shower and unique copper sink. Perhaps best of all, you're only a short 5 minute walk to the association beach on Lake Winnipesaukee where you can swim and enjoy the Lake and Mountain views. Please note: This property does not have access to the docks pictured - there is no dock with this property. The woodstove is not available for guest use. Please be aware this home does not have air conditioning, only portable fans are provided. This property makes a for a great vacation whether you're visiting in Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter - enjoy hiking Red Hill or the trails at the Castle in the Clouds. Visit the Loon Center in Moultonborough or the Squam Lake Natural Science Center. Play a round of golf at Ridgewood or "mini-golf" at Paradise Falls - both in Moultonborough. There's so much to do nearby! There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Fresh Linens may be rented, the fee for this property is $90 for sheets and $12 per person for towels.
