Step out onto the screen porch to take in peaceful lake views or stroll down to the natural shoreline for a refreshing dip in the clear waters. The private dock can accommodate up to a 30-foot boat, making it an excellent spot for boaters or simply to relax and watch the activity at the nearby marina. Only 20 minutes from downtown Wolfeboro, you'll have easy access to fantastic dining, shopping, and other Lakes Region attractions. There is absolutely no parking anywhere other than the driveway (one car behind the other) and trailer storage next to shed. No vehicles to the side of the driveway or past the boulders due to septic field!!! No washing of boats in the water or on land! This pertains to vehicles on the property as well. Campfires of any kind are NOT permitted anywhere on this property. Allow Pets: Yes - There is a pet fee of $175 plus tax per pet, with a 2-pet maximum.
