This was our 4th year staying at this property. It never disappoints other than a little rainy weather! My family loves the layout of the house and the ability to dock our boat.Planning on returning next year. It is always clean and stocked with supplies even though we bring our own. The only suggestion I have is more trash bins. Cooking for 12 people trash adds up and we always leave bringing some home to dispose but no big deal. We did see a bear trying to rip about the recycle bin and that was exciting for the kids! See you next year.

Our friends shared At The Lake Rentals with us and we are so happy with Chrissy's great communication months in advance to help us find this amazing lake house for our family vacation. This property was perfect!! If you want to have your jaw drop from the moment you walk in the door, reserve this house! It was stunning! It is in a quiet part of the lake, but easy to get places. The house had plenty of room for 12 adults and we all had our privacy and quiet when needed. The common areas were spacious and felt like home. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and easy to use. Our family had an incredible week sunning, floating, swimming, paddling, cooking, boating, hiking, and more. It really is the quintessential lake house. We hope to return and enjoy those amazing sunsets!!!!

It was awesome third year staying at this property. The third level addition made it more comfortable for our family of 12. We never left the home enjoying boating, tubing, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming off the platform.

This house was perfect. It is situated on a very quiet part of the lake and we enjoyed lots of wildlife sightings (bald eagle, several turtles, a river otter and countless loons). The house itself is very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen and BBQ, a comfortable deck, wonderful showers, especially the outdoor shower, and plenty of room. The only improvement that could be made is some of the mattresses could use mattress toppers, but none of the beds were terrible by any means. Our family members took turns trying out the beds and everyone was able to find a bed they could sleep on. Book this place - you won't be sorry. We plan on returning next year!

This is the third year renting this home on the lake. My family of 4 and my sister's family of 4 had an amazing week. The weather was beautiful, spending so much time floating and swimming. There were a few issues with the outside shower and the microwave but nothing to derail the vacation. Dealing with Sue from "At the Lake Vacation" makes our week less stressful. We are looking forward to continuing to rent and can't wait to see the additions that are being worked on for the home.

Vacation was great. just a couple negatives...need more trash bins..had to drop off at dumpster on way home..this happened last year too. TV confusing couldnt get regular programming live..shower too small..stove fan had dead mosquitoes hanging from it otherwise very clean..loved the dock and property thats why we came back this year..thank you

The house and location were perfect for water sports as we brought a boat and enjoyed tubing and fishing everyday. We spent everyday on the property. Unfortunately the neighbors were renovating their yard so we had loud machine noise starting early in the morning making it not so enjoyable on the beautiful deck everyday. Some of us did tube down the Saco River and visited the Town Dock for ice cream. We did have to drop off rubbish twice at the rental office due to the metal trash bin being full. Actually saw a bear at the rental office scouting out the trash receptacle on our way home. Overall a great vacation and would definitely visit again.

WE LOVE THIS HOUSE
I stayed at this Lake House last year with 2 other families and we all loved it! We have been renting a place for a week in NH the last 4 years together, and we all agree this is the best place! It was so clean, generously stocked and neat. First impressions are huge and you will not be disappointed! Even though your renting through an agency, the owner makes her self available and is great! I highly recommend an amazing week vacation with friends and/or family at this location!

House, yard and dock were perfect for our group of 11. 6 adults, 2 teens and 3 children all had plenty of space and found things to entertain themselves.

My family and two others rented this house for a week and everyone had a great time. Loved the house, owner was very helpful and kind to us, beautiful sunset view, great calm area of the lake for swimming and kayaking. We are definitely interested in coming back again.

Relaxing Lake Vacation
My family of 4 and my sisters family of 4 enjoyed an amazing, relaxing vacation at this lakeside house. The house was so comfortable with everything we needed. We had a little trouble using the 'smart" TV but was able to speak directly with the owners who very gracious and able to assist us. My sister and I grew up vacationing in Meredith and have rented other homes on the lake. This was by far our favorite. There was plenty of space to accommodate both families. We enjoyed smores by the water and beautiful sunsets each night. We were even lucky enough to have a fireworks display across the lake on Saturday night. We are already looking forward to returning next year. Thank you!!

This is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation ! House is great with many extras .. all the comforts of home .. sunsets were spectacular ! Enjoyed all the wildlife .. owls, eagles and of course the loons !

My family (12) of us had the most amazing time at this lake house. You could not have asked for a better view. Your own personal dock/beach and water toys were amazing. It was truly the most relaxing vacation ever. The house is great! The outside shower was a plus since there’s only one shower inside. The house was stocked with everything you would possibly need. And the sunsets were incredible! Best sunsets I’ve ever seen. Overall just an amazing vacation. Would highly recommend. We will be back!

We had a FANTASTIC week. The ONLY bad thing was that in the loft area the twin closest to the living room area really needs spindles. The bed is at the same height as the knee wall and our guest felt unsafe sleeping there and so he slept on the couch instead.

We had a blast!! The house fit all 12 of us comfortably!The sunsets were AMAZING and the water was biggest complaint was that there were 1.5 bathrooms and only 1 bathroom flushed correctly so needless to say we could have used a 2nd functioning bathroom with 12 people. Can't wait for next year!!

The property and amenities were top-notch. The view and access to the lake were perfect. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would rent this property again.
