Bring it with you - the launch is also right across the street and the driveway will accommodate your small boat when you come off the lake for the day. The cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bath; cable TV, wireless internet; a dishwasher and a gas grill for cooking up the catch of the day. Suissevale on Winnipesaukee offers a beautiful sand beach with barbecue area and a playground right at the beach - remember, it's just a 1 minute walk from this house! There are also tennis and basketball courts and a second playground at the Clubhouse. You are just a few minutes drive to golf and mini golf, hiking, horseback riding, amazing restaurants and so much more! Do you have a big group wanting to vacation together? PLEASE NOTE: As of 2022, the Suissevale Association no longer allows tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State's Landing Beach for guest use. Parking is available at State's Landing Beach. Guests are able to enjoy the Suissevale Association beach on all other days during their stay except Saturday.
If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $75 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.

Fabulous location the house was rustic and clean ,but could use some brighter lights, could benefit from some upgrades . The beach is wonderful, clean , picnic area was great no Algal. Not Good
Arrived and the cleaning crew was still there. Awful smell in the house the entire time we were here, had to get insense to manage it. On the day we arrived the toilet was leaking on the floor. Called the company to inform them and they asked if they could leave it until Monday (this was Saturday). I said I wouldn’t want a water leak to continue over the weekend. Eventually someone came out and supposedly fixed it, but it’s been leaking water daily. Bathroom smells like urine, and did so the entire week. House is disgusting. We had the best week! My sister and her family rented behind us. Our families had the best week! It was so fun for this kids to be able to walk back and forth all week. We made a ton of memories including kayaking, volleyball games, swimming, ice-cream, making s’mores and shopping!
