The property has northwestern exposure so gorgeous sunsets over Red Hill can be enjoyed from the spacious patio and expansive lawn. The beach and dock are on a channel in a no-wake zone, so don't hesitate to bring your kayak with you - no speeding boats to worry about. Across the channel lies conservation land, a sanctuary for loons to nest along the water's edge. Indoors, the main floor embraces an open concept living space featuring a chef's kitchen with a generous island that beckons everyone to gather. A bar, cozy seating area, and double-sided fireplace offers an adult retreat off the living room. The dining table, positioned on the other side of the kitchen, provides a scenic backdrop of the lake for every meal, with a screened porch adjacent to keep an eye on the kids at play on the beach. A full bath and an office complete one side of the main floor, while the primary bedroom, adorned with a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite boasting a soaking tub and full shower, graces the opposite end. On the other side of the landing, you'll find a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a bunk room with three sets of large bunks. And don't miss the entertainment room, where everyone is sure to gather and play games or watch TV. There is one additional bathroom at this end, shared by the bedrooms and entertainment room.
