A Gem Of A Rental Home
We had the pleasure of enjoying this cozy chalet on Lake Winnipesaukee this summer for two weeks. What a gem of a house and stay this was. Nestled between two beautiful walkable beaches, the Meredith town beach and Patrician Shores own private beach, we enjoyed our lake time and privacy at this warm and inviting home. The views onto the lake through the woods from the big wraparound deck were stunning. The neighborhood is very family orientated and very welcoming. The location of this house is perfect with close proximity to Center Harbor and Meredith. There are a host of great restaurants and shopping options within a three mile radius. The house itself was equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable family vacation. The beds were very comfortable and the living and relaxation spaces made you feel so at home. The outdoor heated shower was an added bonus after a fun day at one of the two beaches. We enjoyed many BBQ’s on the big deck and loved our time at the fire pit making S’mores. There are basketball, tennis & pickle ball courts to add to your family fun. Overall I would have to give this house a 5/5 all around based on the great location, the coziness of the house, the amenities we had access to and the beautiful views onto Lake Winnipesaukee. Definitely on our agenda to return.

Loved staying at the Camp!
Fabulous stay at the Camp! Morning coffee with a view on the deck... great kitchen to prep dinners... awesome firepit for smores and family time... a few minute walk to a beautiful and quiet beach.. what more can you ask for? Overall, just a wonderful, cozy, vacation home. Highly recommend!!

The location was perfect. The “Camp” was rustic and immaculate. I’d highly recommend to other families for a laidback perfect little summer retreat.

Cozy Lakeside House
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this cozy lakehouse. We loved the decor and the beds were so comfortable! There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Located near 2 beaches, our kids loved the quick walk through the woods to the beach. We enjoyed being able to kayak and paddle board on beautiful Lake Winnipesauke! The house is located close to downtown Meredith and Center Harbor, which we enjoyed exploring during our stay. We highly recommend this lakehouse and hope to return again soon!

A Taste of Lake Life
Pull into the driveway of 34 Patrician Shore Drive for a stay and you are in for a memorable vacation. As you sit on the back porch, you can see beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee through the trees. The interior of the home is immaculate and fully equipped with everything you need. Full gas grill to cookout after a day at one of two beaches within walking distance. Take an outside shower after a day at the beach or playing tennis, pickle ball or basketball at the courts nearby. Gather around the fire pit to reflect on your day and enjoy a glass of wine or toasting s’mores.. Close to great restaurants and fun activities for the entire family. Comfortably fits a family of 5. It is clear that the owners take pride in their property as it is meticulously maintained. I highly recommend this property if you are coming to Meredith, New Hampshire.

Brilliant location for our family trip. We loved the cabin in the woods feel to this comfortable home away from home. The Lake with its pure clear water was such a stunning tableau to wake to each morning. We all enjoyed every minute spent on the water or beside it and relaxing at the campfire after a busy day. Perfect house to create family memories.
