Also, the dock pictured will be removed and only the deck will be available with cleats for a boat up to 16'. * For outdoor furniture there will be 2 round tables and 5 chairs. There will also be 2 outdoor living seats with table and 2 rocking chairs. Maximum Number of Guests - 8 Maximum Number of Vehicles - 3 Pets Allowed - Dog allowed with owner approval and pet fee of $175.00 Air Conditioning - Central Fireplace - Not in use Water Source - Public Grill - Gas Grill Firepit - Yes Deck - The deck is 16' wide and will hold a boat using the cleats. The water is approximately 4' deep. There are 2 large rocks in that area that you must be mindful of with your watercraft. A dog may be allowed, depending on the size and kind, with a $175 pet fee. Please ask about bringing your dog at the time of booking. If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $75 for sheets and $12 per person for towels.
