The deck at the water's edge and natural shorefront makes this the perfect place to rest, relax and rejuvenate. This home offers central air conditioning and has a maximum occupancy of up to 8 people. Ceiling fans in the kitchen, dining and living area with a flat screen TV and are all on the main level. There are also 3 bedrooms located on the main level. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has (2) twin sized beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, no tub on this level. A vintage spiral staircase leads to the lower level where the 4th bedroom is located with a queen size bed and ceiling fan. There is also a ceiling fan in the spacious living area along with an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower, no tub. Easy access out to the patio and just steps to the water. Maximum Occupancy - 8 People Maximum number of vehicles on the premises at any one time - 4 Vehicles *Please note that sheets and towels are not included with this rental, however if you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $75 plus tax for sheets and $12 per person plus tax for towels. If you would like to include bed making, the fee for this service is $8 per bed plus tax.
