Recent Reviews About This Property

"The house is wonderful for a large family and/or combined families. The lake is very clean and not real busy. Fishing was fun and we enjoyed watching the loons and hearing their strange call. The location of the house is great. It is close to shopping, restaurants, Castle in the Clouds, The Loon Center and much more. There were a few housekeeping issues but the reality people were quick to try to resolve them. We would return for another vacation and would recommend this property to others."

"We had a fantastic time enjoying this property. It is large enough that we could have our own space yet be together. The beach area is private and the lake is big enough to have fun but private too."

Michelle R. from Merrick, 07/16/2012

"I want to thank the owner of the property for sharing their home with us. We enjoyed our vacation so much. It was a wonderful experience. The realty co. answered all of our questions every time we called and also handled every detail in a professional manner."

"We rented this house for a week with 4 adults and 4 kids( ages 1,2,3,4) Great place for the kids, they just played on the beach all day, everyday. The house has tons of movies, board games and sand toys so keep yours at home. The water was clean and warm. Also, if you have little ones, bring a couple baby gates. The loft needed to be blocked off as well as the stairs. We rented linens and towels through and found it to be worth every penny. The town of Wolfeboro is adorable! Make sure you get a chance to go shop and walk around. Grocery stores are less than 5 miles away. I would HIGHLY recommend renting a boat or jet skis. We rented jet skis and although pricey, it was awesome. You got to see parts of the lake that were absolutely breathtaking. Next time, we will be renting two jet skis for the whole week. My only complaint is the distance from the realty office to the house. After picking up the keys, we had to drive around the lake (about 45minutes out of our way) to get to the house. When leaving, we asked if we could leave the keys at the house and the office was very accommodating to us. We saved almost an hour for the ride home. Overall, the place was awesome. I would definitely go back and I would definitely recommend it. "

"Our vacation was absolutely wonderful. The cabin we stayed in was clean, beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed our private beach and the
peace and serenity."

"330 Mongeau is a spectacular house - way beyond what we expected from the pictures. our family of6 adults and 3 kids had a great week and hope to come back again. Half the stuff we brought was already provided at the house including plenty of paper goods, games, puzzles and guidebooks. The lake was deep enough at the end of the dock for the crew to practice some pretty impressive cannon balls!! A rental canoe from Wolfeboro topped off the experience."

"Had a great week, weather was good. Very nice home with everything you could possibility need. Always go to Georges Dinner in Meredith for breakfast once during the week. Great. had great Sunset rides on the lake in our boat. Hope to go back again next year."

"Very nice property, 2nd year we have been there. loved the new kitchen. perfect for our family. hope to be back next year"

Dick C. from Farmington, 07/23/2018

"Everything about this vacation home was A-1! The layout of the house is a very unique 3 level, with large bedrooms, a comfortable, spacious living room and downstairs family room. Everything you need is right there...from games to movies to wi-fi to fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry room and 4 bathrooms (master one with a jacuzzi). And then outside...also impressive! There's a sandy dock, and beach chairs, and the afternoon sun is perfect for swimming later in the day. There's a grill, patio and picnic table, and a grassy area in front of the house for lawn game challenges, too!! This was an excellent vacation rental, and we look forward to returning next summer. A nice addition, although not necessary, would be a hammock strung between two of the trees near the water. That's the ONLY thing we could come up with for something to add that wasn't there; anything else you might want or need on the vacation is definitely there! We had a great week. Thank you! "

"This is our third year at this house and we plan on making another return next year. It is a great place in a nice area, has a great beach, is air conditioned and very well maintained. We have stayed at another home for several years but this home is just a great find."

Margaret L. from Shrewsbury, 08/15/2018

"Very nice property on Lake Winnipesaukee. 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, AC, Large downstairs room. Propert clean and well maintained. This is our 3th year here and we plan to go back next year. People do need to be aware that boat size is somewhat limited due to colvert to get out to big Lake. That is not a problem for us."

Dick C. from Farmington, 07/22/2019

"This is our 29 year of renting at NH Lakes, mostly Lake Winni. This is a great place. Very nice cottage. Had a great time with all the family there, weather was very good. Hope to be back here next year."

"This was our 30 th year at the Lake. The 5 th year at this cottage. All the family was there and it was one of our best . "

Dick C. from Farmington, 07/26/2021

"Wonderful family vacation! Spacious, clean, and really has everything in the house and kitchen that you would need.
Kudos to property management, the owner, and the plumber who immediately attended to a hot water heater problem quickly and efficiently as these things can happen. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful property!"

Carolyn C. from Londonderry, 07/18/2022

"Another great vacation. Everything was perfect."

Dick C. from Farmington, 07/25/2022

"This is a great house on the water with small beach. We had our 2 year old grand daughter with us and we were all able to swim in the water. The house is gorgeous and so well equipped. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need and meals at the large table were great. Space galore. Each family had it’s own space. Jigsaw puzzle was completed on the porch leading out to beautiful yard. We had so much fun and easy to drive into town for ice cream and groceries. Also took in some tourist sites. A perfect vacation. "

Lois C. from Natick, 10/10/2022

"This is our second stay at this property. It is a beautiful house and an awesome location. The kitchen was probably the most well equipped of homes we have stayed in. Plenty of space for our 6 adults and 2 children. Our grandkids loved being able to go fish and swim in the water right off the property. The only recommendations I would make would be to put some window air conditioning units in the upstairs bedrooms. We found it very difficult to cool those rooms off without making it too cold in the rest of the house. Also another suggestion would be to label the multiple light switches. "

Andrea C. from Weatogue, 07/17/2023

"As always we had a great time. Our family loves to be together at the Lake"

Dick C. from Farmington, 07/24/2023

"We stayed two weeks in this cabin and had a wonderful time. We have been staying here the past eight years and plan on returning next year as well. We love this cabin because it is very well maintained, has a beautiful view of the lake, and a Sandy beach with a dock. The refinished kitchen is extremely well stocked and the air conditioning is wonderful on a hot summer day. It has a grassy front lawn that we set up a canopy on so we can “loon watch”. It is a very quite location. It is located very near Wolfboro making it very accessible for shopping. You won’t be disappointed!"

Margaret L. from Shrewsbury, 08/07/2023

"We all had a great time! We hope to be able to return next summer."
