The main level has a kitchen/dining area and living room featuring comfy seating for relaxing after a long day of adventure. Catch up on the news or check the days weather with the cable TV. The fireplace is off limits and can not be used. This floor also has a bedroom with twin beds and a window A/C unit. Off the dining area, you can step out to the screen porch where you'll enjoy yummy meals prepared on the gas grill or an evening beverage and some board games (smack talk not included). The main level deck is the perfect place to relax with that book you've been meaning to get to (or gossip magazine - we don't judge) or just unplug and reconnect with your loved ones. Just a few feet from the deck you can enter the water to cool off on a hot summer day from the stairs off the land-end of the dock or the ladder off the water-end. Bring or rent a boat - the dock will accommodate a boat up to 24 feet in length. The swim raft belongs to the neighbor and is not for your use.
Back in the house and up the stairs, you will find the primary bedroom with its own private deck overlooking the water and a 3/4 bath. Imagine gazing out to the beautiful waters of Lake Winnipesaukee as you awake. You may even see the sailboat races from nearby Winnipesaukee Yacht Club! This floor also has another bedroom with twin beds and a window A/C unit.
Don't miss all the Lakes Region has to offer just a short drive away such as Bank of NH Meadowbrook Pavilion where you can take in a show or one of the many amazing restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. Have you ever tried to describe a drive-in movie theatre to your kids or grandkids? Well, we have one right at Weirs Beach!!! How about zip-lining from the top of Gunstock Mountain? You will not lack for things to do, whether you prefer slow-paced and relaxing or action packed!
