This was our second time staying at this vacation property. It is clean, comfortable and plenty of room for everybody. We loved sitting outdoors on the deck reading our books. Family members had their rental property on the lake, so we were able to use their beach verses the nearby Long Island Beach. We loved the view of the mountains from this home.

This home was not only beautiful, clean and well-maintained, but spacious and extremely well stocked with everything needed. The closeness to Long Island Beach was amazing. We enjoyed restaurants and shops in the area. Would definitely return and recommend this rental.

This was our 2nd year at this property & we enjoyed it immensely. We moved out of New England to Florida this past spring but will continue to go back up north with our family in the coming summers. The property is exactly what we want. Plenty of room for us. We use the public beach, it is a short car ride, we pack our chairs, lunches etc & spend the days there. Looking forward to next summer!!!

We stayed at this house for one week and it was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever rented. The house is large and very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool table in the basement. The house is a little far from most attractions but it's fine once you get used to it. There is a great mountain view in the back of the house. Overall, wonderful stay!

We've worked with Dan Mardis & his team for the last few years, and they have been great to work with, and great service and follow up! We had a great 2 weeks' vacation at the home we rent every year from them!! Great home only 1/4 mile from private beach.

Very nice this year.
The grill was nice and clean and working.
Rugs in the bathrooms would be nice. Also we could not find the dish drying rack. Hopefully we will be back next year...

First time renting this property and would highly recommend it. Love the open kitchen floor plan and screened in porch as well as the covered seating area. comfy beds and glad there was central air! Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Liked having the beach pass. Very peaceful and relaxing!

North Andover, MA
We vacationedhere 8/14/21 thru 8/21/21. My husband and I, our daughter & Son in law from Maryland, another couple from North Andover, the house was beautiful, loved the view, the screened in porch, seeing the deer. Very spacious, had all that we needed. We used the public beach just a short ride from the house, the water was clear & beautiful. We will definitely be back.

A great home, my wire and I, our daughter and son in law from Maryland, and Chuck and Linda a our friends from North Andover. The house was perfect for our our needs. The views& seeing the deerwere spectacular. We used the Public Beach, had shade & sun when needed it. The water is very clean. We would definitely go back

My family rented this vacation home for a week in August. Even though the home is not directly on the water, we had a wonderful stay. The home is very spacious and the we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the view of the mountains were gorgeous. We were very pleased to see so many updates that happened since last year!
All of us enjoy this home as it fits our family perfectly. The location is great, the lake is two blocks away, and convenient big box grocery store less than 12 miles.
We have been making family memories in the White Mountains for the last 25 years. This has been our favorite location, by far!

We have stayed at this property before and love the location.
We intend to rent here again. There were a couple of minor issues that we informed the renting agency about but I would highly recommend this place. There are so many positives!.There are many attractions and places to dine within a 30-40 minute drive.

We were searching for a home NEAR Lake Winnipesaukee In Moultonborough - but we did not need one ON THE WATER - and did not want the price of a waterfront home - as we were visiting family with a beachfront - this was a good price and just a lovely home and setting - BIG private yard and lots of room inside - clean and perfect! Nice condition and amenities - kudos to the homeowners

This is the second time we have stayed in this house. It was close to the beach and the view of the mountain was gorgeous. Every morning and evening we could see deer walking around.

We had my three daughters and their husbands stay with us. My 4 grandchildren 4 and under where also with us. This house was big enough for all of us. The yard was great for them to run around in. Seeing the deer in the morning and at night was a huge plus. The beach was not even a half a mile away (we walked to it) and it was so clean. This was a great place to stay.

This is the perfect place to stay if your vacationing in the lakes region. The house is beautiful with amazing views. Great location and equipped with all the essentials to make it feel like home away from home. I can't say enough too things about this property. Highly recommend a stay here!

We needed a home with accommodations for 11 and the capacity to entertain approximately 20 persons. By using the two porches, the family room and the kitchen, this could be accommodated with one additional table and a few chairs. It was a quiet location with plenty of room for the younger children to play outside. The beach access was great and the children were able to have a great first experience in swimming in a mountain lake.

We are considering trying to make this an annual event and have one family one week and a second family the next week. This or a similar property would be a great location. This property had everything we needed and more for a great vacation.

This house was fabulous! The location was great and so were the accommodations. Just a short walk to the beach and beautiful mountain views.
The house is much larger than it appears in photos and is extremely well stocked. We look forward to another stay there and highly recommend it to others!
