Onsite amenities include a newly renovated saltwater pool with several patio tables and chairs, public gas grills, a kid's playground, tennis/basketball courts and a coin operated laundry facilities next to the pool area. The condo property is located a short walking distance to the Weirs Beach and Lake Winnipesaukee activities, nearby restaurants, bars and shopping. Gunstock Mountain is 10 minutes away while a 45-minute drive you'll arrive at Loon and Waterville Valley.
