Off the dining area, you can step out to the screen porch where you'll enjoy yummy meals prepared on the gas grill or an evening beverage and some board games (smack talk not included). The main level deck is the perfect place to relax with that book you've been meaning to get to (or gossip magazine - we don't judge) or just unplug and reconnect with your loved ones. Just a few feet from the deck you can enter the water to cool off on a hot summer day from the stairs off the land-end of the dock or the ladder off the water-end. Bring or rent a boat - the dock will accommodate a boat up to 24 feet in length. The swim raft belongs to the neighbor and is not for your use. Back in the house and up the stairs, you will find the primary bedroom with its own private deck overlooking the water and a 3/4 bath. Imagine gazing out to the beautiful waters of Lake Winnipesaukee as you awake. You may even see the sailboat races from nearby Winnipesaukee Yacht Club!
